Zoe Smith
My name is Zoe Smith and I have been a Local Guardian for White House Guardianships since April 2017.
I’m married with 3 children, two grown up sons and a young daughter. I was born and raised in London and then once I married I moved to the Kent coast with my family.
I worked from home as a registered child-minder while my own children were very young and eventually moved across to firstly hosting and then to teaching students from abroad. I really enjoy being around children and young adults, I find their outlook on life fascinating.
My other interests are travel, literature, cooking and crafts. My main passion is for Art, I love to draw and paint which I do as much as possible.

About the Area
I live in Ramsgate which is part of Thanet, located in the East Kent area.
It is a beautiful old Victorian seaside town full of charming old buildings, parks and wonderful sandy beaches. Ramsgate is proud to boast the only Royal appointed Harbour in the U.K. Queen Victoria loved to holiday here. Augustus Pugin (the architect who designed the Houses of Parliament) had his house and church built over- looking the sea and Ramsgate Harbour.
It’s a fantastic location with beaches one side and beautiful countryside on the other. London is only 82 minutes away by train and Canterbury just 22.
